Xiangpeng Yue, associate Professor in the Institute of ruminant research, State Key Laboratory of Grassland Agro-ecosystems and College of Pastoral Agriculture Science and Technology, Lanzhou University. He obtained his PhD (2014) in Northwest A&F University, and become faculty member of College of Pastoral Agriculture Science and Technology, Lanzhou University in July 2014.

　　Currently, Prof. Yue’s main research interests concern identification of bovid Y chromosome genes and their function in male reproduction, molecular breeding for cattle and sheep. He has published over 20 scientific papers in a serial of scientific journal including BMC Genomics, Journal of Dairy Science, PLos One, Animal Genetics etc.
