“Waving in the past, starting with a dream”--the 2019 graduate group activities of the College of Pastoral Agriculture Science and Technology were successfully held

    With the graduation of the graduation thesis and more and more graduates wearing degree uniforms on campus, the 2019 graduates have also entered the countdown. In order to better help graduates to embark on a new journey as well as to sum up and recall the years of study, the College of Pastoral Agriculture Science and Technology organized a “Waving in the past, starting with a dream--2019 graduate group counseling activities”. The activity was organized by graduate counselor Xue Gao.

The activity begins, accompanied by everyone’s curiosity,Gao guided all admission students to choose their favorite color balloons to sit in random and then announced that everyone is grouped by the balloon color, and the same color is a group for activities. After the grouping, Mr. Gao performed the second part of the activity: the “five of the most” are the happiest things, the most regrettable things, the most moving things, the people who want to thank the most and the things they most want to do before graduation. She lead the students to remember the life in school. The students quietly look back on their academic career in this session, then they communicated with each other in the group, the atmosphere was warm. This session is intended to guide students to seize time, learn to be grateful and embrace a better life when they graduate.

    The third part of the activity: “There is something to say to you.” In this session, Gao distributed 9 post-it notes to the students, asked them to write what they want to say to others before graduation, including apologize without export and misunderstanding; thanks in their hearts and thanks to teachers and school.

   The fourth part of the activity: “ Meet yourself at 40 years old.” Mr. Gao asked the students to write down the 40-year-old on the color cardboard or what they want to say to the 40-year-old. Students are expected to explore their dreams in this activity and let the 40-year-old become the driving force to motivate himself to move forward at the same time.

    Finally, in the cordial teachings and blessings of Mr. Gao, the activity came to the end. The students thanked and blessed each other. They wish each other carry the road ahead with their enthusiasm.

  Through this activity, the students will cherish the friendship in school, wave the past, stalk and walk forward with their dreams.
