Personal profile: Muhammad Kamran is a Young Researcher at the State Key Laboratory of Herbage Improvement and Grassland Agro-ecosystems, College of Pastoral Agriculture Science and Technology, Lanzhou University. In 2018, he completed his PhD in “Crop cultivation and Farming system (Plant Physio-ecology)” from Northwest A&F University. After graduation, he joined the Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences (GDAAS), as Postdoc Researcher. In 2021, he joined the College of Pastoral Agriculture Science and Technology, Lanzhou University as a “Cuiying” Postdoc fellow. He has participated in various National projects and coauthored over 100 research articles. He is also an Editorial Board Member of BMC Plant Biology and Frontiers group journals.
